A lovely trend this season is (as I like to call them) Jazzy Jeans. The examples are from Topshop who I think do the best ones. My personal favorite are the beaded jeans, I love the intense detailing of the dazzling beads with the 3D effect. They sold out fast, I know this because I tried to get myself a pair and failed! These jeans although spectacularly stunning come with a price tag, so if you have spare hour and a old pair of cropped mum jeans then sewing/ sticking a few sparkly badges or sequins, or even just dip them in some glitter! Job done same effect but saved yourself a few valuable pounds.

Back With A Vengeance!
So the past seven months have been crazy but fun. I started University doing a fashion course and its been so intense I haven't been able to post much as you can see. Its been such a great experience and learned so much from the first year. But first year is over and I am back and hopefully better than ever posting hopefully twice and week but at least once a week and sometimes more. I will post about designers, high street but also I will be sharing any sewing I do as well. I hope you come back and see what I post over the coming weeks. As always leave any comments and questions I always reply.

Christmas at Oxford Street
Sorry I have been absent recently I have been tremendously busy with the start of the of my Uni Course but over Christmas I will be posting more.
So I had a very Christmasy day a Christmas shopping session down oxford street and then I looked at the lovely Christmas windows in Selfridges and the theme seemed to be space themed probably because of the in-pending star wars film.
Very Elaborate and cool I am very impressed not Christmas themed but that didn't really matter. Yeah lovely!

Fashion In Motion: Ashish at the V&A
I went a an amazing one day only fashion show at the V&A. The Designer showed his pieces from across his years of designing and in one day did four shows. The show was amazing the sparkles and glitter danced of the runways and bounced off ours eyes in a magical show of glamour and androgyny The garments were the right combination of fun, out there and (if you have the confidence) wearable. I loved the combination of traditional runways glamour and modern use of slogans and product placement logos. I loved the contradictions of modern and traditional, sparkles and torn up denim. My Favourite piece had to be the full skirted jacquard textured sunflower dress so simply stunning there in no need for extensive adjectives.
Overall the show was amazing and brilliant experience something I hope the V&A do again with another designer.

Looking Swish in Suede
A lovely trend this season is suede. Whether thats a skirt or of knee high boots. But I think its stunning way to step into the 70's trend without to going over the top. What I also love about suede is in the winter it gives a warmer feeling, especially in warm colours like rogue red this with a wooly scarf is a simple chic and cosy outfit.
These Pieces are my Favourite Out there:

New Season New Shoes
Sorry for yet another long absence its been a weird and down right strange year for me and I have trued to keep blogging along the way but I have dropped the ball a bit recently so I am sorry for that.
I found these stunning shoes on Topshop website by Kurt Geiger and Carvela. All though they aren't exactly practical they are stunning and if I had the money I would snap theses up. All you need is a simple outfit with a pair of these and the shoes will do the rest. They are worth a look...
