My Summer Season Wish List!

Hey everyone shoutout to the people in Washington and New York leaving in deep snow hope your not too cold and have plenty of hot chocolate.
Well to help me (and hopefully you too!) get over the cold winter blue, I decide to look to to the distant simmering warm summer by choosing my new summer wear. So here is the start to my summer wish list.

Today Day I am Wearing Leather Trousers....again?

Yes today I decided to whip out the leather trousers again today, since the weather is decided to be more than disappointing (yet again!). So I thought it would be both piratical and cheer me up since I love to wear- as you can probably tell. Anyway from being inspired from the book I finished reading I thought I would go for a bit of a tomboy look which I don't normally venture ( I am more of a girly girl) BUT there is time to try something new!
So here it is I hope you like it...

Sorry it's in the same boring location, as soon as the sun dares to come out will I will grab my camera like a there's no tomorrow and find a place perfect for a fashion photo!

I just finished reading Alexa Chung's book "It". Its about Alexa's stlye story to becoming an it girl. It included her fashion inspirations, loves and Fashion Faux Pas. It's a great read with fun antidotes and pictures of her and others through the years. One aspect I really enjoyed was a her doodles and sketch's all the way through. It was a great read and wall filled to the brim with inspiration and helpful tips! I defiantly think it will be a book I revisit in moments of fashion blocks, but for now I will display it on my shelf.

Topshop sale

I know I caved in! I bought a another skirt... I logged into the Topshop sale on Christmas Day and fell in love with yet another skirt! I also bought a top which was a major bargain especially in Topshop which make the top all the more cute! It also goes perfect with the skirt (yay!). But don't you worry I do have more outfits ideas in mind to go with the skirt, which I will definitely show you! I thought I was good only getting two items because I could have gotten a lot more!

New Year New Start

Hi everyone I hope you all had a New Years Eve and didn't drink too much...? Last year was one of my best and I hope 2014 brings another great year for me and all of you!
My New Years Resolution this year (another than 6 months without chocolate!) is to do double the amount of post I did last Year. I managed to post 110 which is okay but I would like to think I could manage at least double that this year. So fingers crossed everyone!

Anyway, My first officially post today(and this year) is about some new trends I see coming trough this New Year.
TRIBAL BOHO: A look that was big in the summer season looks like its making a come back and I LOVE IT!
1. Colours and print this season:

Oranges, Deep Purples and Reds will be A heavy influence this season

Loud and Beautiful Tribal and boho print bringing in all the colours. Also there are shades of blue and more shades of purple.

2. Accessories: Again boho and tribal theme caring on through accessories. Gold and chunky jewellery with reds again with feathers, long dangles and tassels. Also the prints are still occurring through accessories too in the bags and scarfs. Lastly the bags are caring a little from last season with the boho tribal style.

RETRO:
I love Retro clothes big over sized patterns overwhelmed with colour. Although on the flip side retro can big and a bold but black and write another summer season trend last year. Another asspect I like about the retro look is the quirky-ness about it.
